Artichoke Dip

1 c. Mayonnaise

1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese

1 sm. can diced Ortega Chilies

1 can Artichoke Hearts (in water)

Depending on the consistency that you want, you can either blend all the ingredients in a blender or just hand mix ingredients. I prefer a little chunky so I would cut up the artichokes.

Microwave for 5 mins. Then add garlic powder and pepper to taste.  Serve with tortilla chips or french bread.
