Lemon Bars

Crust:

1 c. Butter

2 c. Flour

1/2 c. Powdered Sugar

Mix ingredients and press onto the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 mins. or until light brown.

Topping:

2 c. Sugar

1 tsp. Baking Powder

4 tbls. Flour

4 Eggs

6 tbls. Lemon Juice

3 tbls. Grated Lemon Rind

Mix sugar, baking powder and flour together. Ten add beaten eggs. Add lemon juice and rind. Spread over crust and bake at 350º for 25 mins. When done, dust with powdered sugar.
