Marinated Artichokes & Mushrooms

2 lbs. White Button Mushrooms

1 13oz. can of Artichoke  Hearts (quartered)

1 Bulb of Garlic

1/4 c. Olive Oil

1 c. White Wine Vinegar

1 tsp. Seasoned Salt

1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper

1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

Large Mason Jar

Clean mushrooms, then cut off the steam right at the cap. Boil mushrooms for 5 mins., drain & cool. Mince 4 cloves of garlic and the remaining cloves will go into the jar. Mix the oil, vinegar, seasonings & garlic in a small bowl. Drain artichokes and put into a large bowl. Once mushrooms have cooled add them to the bowl and pour the liquid mix all over veggies. Place all the contents in the jar and chill for 24 hours.
