Potato Salad

8 Russet Potatoes

1/4 c. diced Onions

1/4 c. diced Pickles

1/4 c. diced Celery

1 c. Mayonnaise

1 tsp. Seasoned Salt

1/4 tsp. Pepper

Peel and boil potatoes until tender (about 10 mins.). Dice up the onion, pickles and celery and add them to a bowl. Add the mayo and seasonings and mix well. Place in fridge until potatoes are ready. Once the potatoes are done, drain and let them cool off. Then add the potatoes to the mayo mixture and stir well.
