Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Chicken Thighs

12 slices of Bacon
6 Chicken Thighs
3 Jalapenos
Cream Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Seasoned Salt

Season the chicken with seasoned salt and refrigerate for 3 hrs.. Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the ribs and seeds. Fill each half with cream cheese and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Place a filled jalapeno on one end of the chicken and roll it up. Wrap a piece of bacon to close the the ends and another piece of bacon around the chicken. Grill at 325º for about 45 mins.
